Professor Jinfeng

Main research direction: Application development of lactic acid bacteria

Chief Scientist in the field of lactobacillus, Researcher at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Doctoral Supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, PhD from the University of Tokyo, and Director of the Future Health Research Institute. He has published several books, including "The Lactobacillus Revolution" and "Can Bacteria Cure Diseases?", and is hailed as the "Discoverer of the NS Series of Lactobacillus."

Professor Zhao Mouming

Main research direction: Peptide application development

Chief Scientist in the Peptide Field, Doctoral Supervisor, Professor at the School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, National Special Allowance Expert, and Chief Expert of the "863" Project.

Professor Liu Guiming

Main research direction: Probiotic technology research and development

Professor at the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, PhD in Bioinformatics, Expert at the Beijing Probiotics Technology Research and Development Center of Symbiogen, Organizer of the Symbiogen Probiotics Discovery Journey, Principal Investigator of two National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, and Principal Investigator of a sub-project under the National Key Research and Development Program of China.

Main research interests: Functional probiotics research and application
